When you encounter an error, or just don't have any clue how to solve a problem you can get support of the author. Before contacting the author, please read the administration manual carefully. It holds a lot of information about installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
The author can be reached thru mail at willebil@ned-clan.nl or in irc #ned-clan (quakenet). Sending a mail, or contacting the author is no guaranty of getting support. Remember that Serverstat is not a professional project, and yes, i have a private life too...but you can always try :-)
Bugs can be reported in the tracker on mamboforge, feature requests can also be dropped in tracker on Mamboforge...just check the Serverstat project on Mamboforge for all information.
